Two Faculty Positions in Theoretical High Energy Physics

The Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Utah invites applications for two tenure-track positions in theoretical high energy physics, broadly defined. The anticipated start date for each is July/August 2018. Senior appointments may also be considered.

Qualified applicants in all areas of theoretical high energy physics are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates would complement our existing strengths in high energy phenomenology, dark matter physics, theoretical particle astrophysics and cosmology, lattice gauge theory, and field and string theory. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Physics/Astronomy or a related field, a demonstrated record of accomplishment and innovation, and a dedication to teaching and mentoring.
